Premium Japanese Steerhide Leather

Modeled after Atlanta Braves phenom outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr's game day glove and handcrafted with top of the line Japanese steerhide leather, the SSK White Line Double H-Web 12.75" baseball glove is designed for elite baseball players of any age giving you the ability to make the most difficult plays look easy.

Produced in the Shokunin tradition, a region world renowned for it's arts and craftsmanship, this glove is built for dependability and comfort by keeping it's shape throughout a long season of rigorous use, while providing an extra layer of leather for extra padding and intimate comfort.

Fusion Fit Technology

Designed with SSK's patened Fusion Fit Technology, shown in the thumb area near the wrist opening in the image below is a patch of leather that helps maintain the shape of the glove. This provides reinforced stability to an area of the glove most vulnerable to wear and tear from continuous use.

 

Dimple Sensor Palm Design

SSK's exclusive Dimple Sensor palm design helps promote enhanced ball security by reducing the spin of the ball on impact and provides an ideal catching point securely in the palm area, while also helping the glove fit even when you're moving at top speed.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@thebullpenstore.com

Please Note: Once the package is delivered and proof of delivery has been issued, we are NOT responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issue must be handled with the carrier.

How Fast Will My Product Ship? 

We continuously aim  to satisfy our customers with prompt service. We ship orders Monday thru Friday, and they are usually sent out within 1-2 business days. So, if your order was placed on a Monday, it will be sent out either that Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. If your order was placed on a Friday, it will either be sent out that Friday, or the following Monday/Tuesday.If there is an instance where your item cannot be shipped within two days, you will be notified via e-mail. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@thebullpenstore.com.

Which Carrier Will Ship My Product?

Most product are shipped UPS, smaller products under 1lb will ship via USPS. Some portable mounds are sent through freight shipping.

Is My Order Insured Against Damages?

Each product sent out is fully insured against liability of damage to the customer. If a product is received with any damage, please contact us to explain the issue. A replacement will be sent out at no cost to you. While we take great care to package and ship our products, we cannot control how each shipping provider will handle any given package. Most products arrive in excellent condition due to our superior packaging, if there's any issue with any product you receive please contact us at info@thebullpenstore.com.

When Will I Receive Tracking Information?

We will send tracking to the customer's e-mail as soon as it becomes available to us. Please make sure a valid e-mail address is provided at checkout so we can update you as accurately as possible. In some situations including Freight Shipment, it may take 1-2 extra days for tracking to become available.

Domestic Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Please contact us for shipping quotes to Alaska and Hawaii as different rates apply to these locations.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund. Email us at info@thebullpenstore.com to notify us that you will be making a return. Returns are processed through the manufacturer and must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to customer. As soon as the return is processed by the manufacturer, a refund will be issued to the credit card used at time of payment.

Return Shipping

The customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs. We can offer discounted shipping labels in some instances, but it is ultimately up to the customer to pay for any cost during the return process including shipping label and packaging.

Condition of the Returned Product

All products returned must be in new re-sellable condition, with no visible defects.  All items must be shipped back in their original packaging. Be gentle when opening your items to ensure that if you make a return, the original packaging can be used.

In Case of Damaged Products

If you believe that an item has arrived damaged or with a defect, contact us at info@thebullpenstore.com and we will happily remedy the situation by either sending a new product or parts.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order and it is still before shipment, you may do so by e-mailing us at info@thebullpenstore.com, make sure to include your name and order number. If the product has been shipped, it may not be cancelled. cancellation fee will be subtracted from your refund.
